Getting your bearings

We’re a half-mile long across 40 acres of wooded property. The office and camp store are at the north end of the property, by the pool and mini golf — that’s where you check in. From there the loops are Buffalo Chip Trail, Chase Circle, Buck Horn Trail, Chipmunk Trail, Coon Tail Trail, Quail Trail, Big Foot Path, Jack Rabbit Path, Whispering Pine, Cardinal Court, Fox Tail Trail, Blue Jay Way, and White Tail Trail, with Pioneer Path, Possum Path, and Bear Tooth Path off to the east.

Every campsite includes a fire ring and a picnic table, and all tent sites have a fire-pit cooking grate.

The totem pole by the mini golf course sits right across from the office — a good landmark to steer by.
